COMPREHENSIVE. PLAN
Land Use :Plan: The current land use plan shows low density residential for the
area :with commercial at the. intersection of Greens Prairie/SH 6 and along SH 6
across from Shenandoah.. The land use plan that is being proposed- for .this. area
(see below) with the comprehensive plan update shows much lower densities.
Thoroughfare Plan: The front portion of -the property shows access from
Green's Prairie Road. The T-fare plan- (see below) shows the future extension of
Lakeway Drive running west of and. through a portion of the property. It shows
the future extension. of :Pebble Creek Parkway running east of and through a
portion. This location may change with the development of the property. adjacent.
and east of this one. That owner wishes to put Pebble Creek Parkway along the
west side of the .landfill to act as a buffer between the Landfill and his
development. There is also a future .collector roadway shown running .east from
SH 6 through a portion of this property.
