If a petition-for rezoning is denied by the City Council, another application for rezoning shall not be
filed within a period of 180 days from the date of'denial, except with permission of the Planning &
Zoning Commission or City Council.

Previous rezoning of this property and relocation of Emerald Parkway
created a change from the original zonng,;creatnq smaller M-1 and
A-0 areas.
2.) Indicate whether or not this zone change is in accordance with the Comprehensive Plan. If it is not,
explain why the Flan is incorrect.
Comprehensive Plan shows retail commercial where there is currently
M-1 zoning The proposed ,A-P zoning is a permitted use in C-1, C-2,
and C-3 zoning classifications. Therefore the proposed zoning change
is in accordance with the Comprehensive Plan. The._Comprehensive Plan
shows office commercial where there is currently A-O zoning.. The pro-
posed A-P zoning is a permitted use in A-0. zoning. The proposed A-P
zoning is a permitted use in office commercial areas. Therefore, the
