Com rehensive plan calls for commercial in the majority of D.A. Smith, with
tract 1) listed on page one being marked as office commercial, the plan is
correct for commercial; however,'the entire tract, back to the Eisenhower Street
extension, should be all commercial to allow for a contiguous retail development.
