NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is to notify you that the City of College Station has received an application requesting
a conditional. use permit for the following property:
Apalicant: Epsilon Omega Chapter of Alpha Phi
Subject Property 1401 Athens Drive
Lot 1, Greek Village Phase One
Previously ??????? Sorority
{See enclosed map.)
Proposed. Use.:.. Allow fraternity housing in place of the
existing sorority housing use.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the above
mentioned request on Thursday, September 7, 1995 at 7:00 P.M. m the City Hall Council
Room located at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas.
All property owners within 200 feet of the subject property have. received notification of
this request.
Any request for sign interpretive services for the hearing impaired must be made 48 hours

Subdivision.
