NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This into notify you that the City of College Station has received an application requesting
a conditional use permit for the following property:
Applicant: .Parkway Baptist Church
Subject Property: 1601 Southwest Parkway
Approximately 200' south. of the Anderson Street intersection.
(See enclosed map..)
Pro._posed Use: Sunday .School Classrooms in the existing duplex.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the above
mentioned request on Thursday, December 7; 1995 at 7:00 P.M. m-the City Ha11 Council
Room located at 1-101 Texas Avenue South,. College Station, Texas.
All property owners within 200 feet of the subject. property have received notification of
this request.
Any request for sign interpretive services for the hearing impaired must be made 48 hours

Church to utilize the facility. for Sunday School classrooms,
This request will be considered by the Planning. and Zoning Commission. on Thursday,
December 7, 1995 at 7:04 P.M. in the City Hall Council Room located at 1101 Texas
Avenue South in College Station.
