NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
The College Station Planning and Zoning. Commission will hold a public hearing to
consider a conditional use permit request to allow the expansion of the existing Penthouse
Billiards Bar located at 2501 Texas Avenue South D-101 in the Park Place Plaza
Shopping Center.
This. request will be considered by the Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday,
August 17, 1995 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council Room located at 1.101 Texas
Avenue South in College Station.
Any request for sign interpretive services: for the hearing impaired must be made 48 hours

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This into notify you that the City of College Station has received an application requesting
a conditional use permit for the following property:
Applicant: .James R. Vanya
Subject Property Penthouse Billiards Bar
2501 .South Texas AvenueD-T01
Park Place Plaza Shopping Center
(See enclosed map.)..
Proposed Use: Allow the expansion of the existing billiards and bar
facility to include a sports bar area and club.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will. hold a .public hearing to consider the above
mentioned request on Thursday, August 17, 1995 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council
Room located at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas.
All property-owners within 200 feet of the subject property have received notification of
this request.
