NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
The Callege Station Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to
consider a conditional use perrmt request o allow the expansion of the existing Brethren
Church of B-CS located at 2650 East Bypass, 4.37 acres located north of the Crystal Park
Plaza.
This request will be considered by the Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, July
6, 1995 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council Roorn located at 1101 Texas Avenue .South
in College Station.
Any request.. for sign interpretive services for the hearing impaired must be made 48 hours

NOTICE OF PUBLIC-HEARING
This is to notify you that. the City ~f College Station has received an>application requesting
a conditional. use permit for the following property:
Applicant: Brethren Church ofBryan-.College Station
Subject Property: 2650 East Bypass
4.37 acres located north of the Crystal Park Plaza
(See enclosed map.)
Proposed Use: Allow the expansion of the existing church to include
a new building and parking area.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public. hearing to consider the above
mentioned request on Thursday, July 6, 1995 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council Room
located at 1 lOl Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas.
All property owners within 200 feet of the subject property have. received notification. of
this request.
