He simply added that a fire lane will be necessary along the gravel drive to Foxfire Drive. An all weather surface,. as defined,by the City Engineer will be necessary at all times, and must be maintained until Phase IL of the parking lot. A suggestion was made to alter the Phase I parking so that the trucks could get their turning radius. within the parked cars, but this would not be practical due to the current parking layout. He also noted that if the gravel drive is a firelane, they will not hesitate to issue citations and tow during church service. Give me a holler if you need anything else. I have included vertical control for the drive. however I am not sure what datum your surveyor is using. I recommend. that the elevation of the gutter line of the drive at the right-of-way be a minimum of 0.5 feet higher that the gutter line of the street. I have proposed 15 foot returns and the City plans show a 20' radius return. A 20' radius return is fine with me. If you have any questions please call.
