(95-401) A Project Review Committee .Meeting was held Wednesday, January 18, 1995 to discuss the above mentioned parking lot plan. Assistant City Engineer Morgan moved to recommend approval of the parking lot plan with the following conditions: CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: Discretionary Items• Rhett Butler is classified as a Streetscape Street due to its function as a collector and the multi-family development across the street from the proposed development. Streetscape plantings including the required landscape points must be met; however, strict adherence to the 24' setback area will not be required. A sidewalk is required along Rhett Butler as well as Harvey Road. The proposed concrete flume from the drainage structure to the grate inlet must be placed underground with an overflow swale. If the existing grate is useless once the new drainage structure is built, the existing grate should be capped.
