The proposed air and water and pay phone area should also be screened by berming or vegetation. _ Note what type of ground cover will be used and where it will be placed. There was some discussion about the building setback along Rock Prairie Road, staff has determined that because of the existing access easement, there is no problem with the proposed 7.5' setback. _ Submit a letter from Victoria Bank & Trust allowing you to utilize the access easement along Rock Prairie Road since it is included as part of tract F-1. P & Z Chairman Hawthorne moved to amend the original motion to require the lengthening of the island between parking space #26 and the Rock Prairie Road entrance to line up with the island on the west side of that same entrance. City Planner Kee seconded the amendment which passed (2 - 1); Assistant City Engineer Morgan voted against the amendment.
