ITEM SiJMMARY AND STAFF RECOMl~~NDATION The. subject property is located along Cain Road west of FM 2154 and east of IG&N Railroad ROW located in the City's ETJ. A Presubmission conference was held on 3- 1-95 and Staff recommends approval with the condition that additional property be included in the preliminary plat to reflect the property as it existed in 1970 and has since been subdivided. The preliminary plat will consist of 24.253 acres and will bc; divided into 121ots. The County Commissioner's Court reviewed and approved the; plat on 2-27-95. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN - As this is an ETJ subdivision, the property is beyond the bounds of the Comprehensive Plan.
