Item:Consideration of a Final Plat (Replat) of the Polar-Bek subdivision,
located on Holleman just west of Texas Avenue. This. is the platted
subdivision for the Enclave Apartment complex. (95-244)
Item Summary: This is a replat of the easement dedication plat that was
approved by the Council earlier this year. The purpose of this coming back to
the Council is to correct several areas where the easements being dedicated
overlapped the buildings, thus creating an encroachment. This plat shifts
those easements enough. to correct the problem. Because of the simple
nature of the changes, a PRC was not held to review the plat, however, our
ordinances require that the plat be reviewed by both the Commission and
Council. The Planning & Zoning Commission will hear this plat at their
December 7th meeting. A vote and minutes of the meeting are not available
as of this writing. They will be available prior to the Council meeting.
Financial Summary:N/A
Staff Recomrnendation:Staff recommends approval of the plat as submitted.
City Attorney Recommendation: N/A
Council Action Desired:Approve or deny the plat.
