A Presubmission Conference meeting was held
above mentioned final plat. The following is a
the Presubmission Conference. This list does
with all current ordinance requirements.

PLAT ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 9, 1995. BOTH MEETINGS WILL BE HELD AT 7:00
P.M. IN THE COUNCIL ROOM OF THE COLLEGE STATION CITY HALL LOCATED AT
1101 TEXAS AVENUE SOUTH.

Item:Consideration of a Final Plat of Edelweiss Estates Phase 3-A located on
Victoria Avenue in the southernmost portion of the Edelweiss Estates
Subdivision. (95-239)
Item Summary: A Preliminary plat of this area was previously submitted which
divided this 4.574 acre tract into 12 lots for proposed duplex development.
This plat retains a single lot configuration for a single high density
development. A Presubmission Conference was held on October 25, 1995 to
review this plat. There were no concerns expressed at that meeting. This plat
falls within the impact fee zone for the Graham Road sanitary sewer
improvements. The Planning & Zoning Commission will hear this plat at their
November 2, 1995 meeting. Minutes from that meeting will be made available
at the Council meeting.
Financial Summary: N/A
Staff Recommendation:Staff recommends approval of the plat as submitted.
