HomeMy WebLinkAboutStaff ReportSTAFF REPORT Case No.: 95-234 Applicant: Patricia Dale, Owner Brad Kerr, Surveyor ITEM: Consideration of a Final Amending Plat of Lots 7, 8 and 9, Block A, Phase 2B of the Post Oak Forest Subdivision located on the south side of FM 60, 900 feet east of the intersection of FM 60 and Lincoln Avenue Road East and containing 0.22 acres. ITEM SUIVIlVIARY AND STAFF RECOMI~~NDATION: This property is being replatted in order to adjust property lines to reflect as built conditions. When the property was developed, the townhomes were not built as platted. This plat will correct the discrepancy. Staff recommends approval of the final plat with the conditions identified by the Presubmission Conference.
