WILLOW RUN. I have highlighted the area that is now being submitted for the final
plat stage as Phase One. Also please note that the lot configuration has been revised.

Willow Run Phase Oise
Case #95-230
Roy Galny with Brazos County 911 called on Monday, October 16, 1995 and expressed concern
with the street name of "Caprock" in the vicinity map of this plat. In the plat itself, the street is
called Capstone Drive. He requested that the vicinity map be changed to reflect the Capstone
Drive street name.

FINAL PLAT SUBMITTAL
Dear Shirley:
Pursuant to our telephone conversation on this date, attached please find a corr~pleted
application form and sixteen (16) folded blueline prints of the above referenced final plat in the City's
ETJ. The tax certificates, and filing fee were previously submitted on August 16, 1995.
Please notify me when this project will be on the PRC agenda. I will submit a signed. mylar
after any City and County staff required revisions have been completed.

RE: Final (ETA Plat of Willow Run Phase One. (95-230)
The above referenced final plat was reviewed at a Presubmission Conference on
Wednesday, October 25, 1995. This final plat subdivides 100.761 acres into eight
residential lots. This property is located at the intersection of I. & G.N. Road and
Capstone Drive in the City's E.T.J. Staff would recommend approval of the ifmal
plat with the comments identified at the Presubmission Conference.
