In the plat itself, the street is called Capstone Drive. The tax certificates, and filing fee were previously submitted on August 16, 1995. Please notify me when this project will be on the PRC agenda. (95-230) The above referenced final plat was reviewed at a Presubmission Conference on Wednesday, October 25, 1995. This final plat subdivides 100.761 acres into eight residential lots. This property is located at the intersection of I. & G.N. Road and Capstone Drive in the City's E.T.J.
