A Presubmission Conference meeting was held Wednesday, September 20, 1995 to discuss the
above mentioned .final plat. The following is a list of ordinance requirements identified by
the Presubmission Conference. This list does not relieve the applicant of total compliance
with all current ordinance requirements.
Ordinance Requirements.:
_ Submit paid tax certificates before the City Council meeting on October 12, 1995.
SUBMIT 13 COPIES OF THE REVISED FINAL PLAT BY FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 1995
TO BE INCLUDED IN THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION PACKETS FOR
THE MEETING OF OCTOBER 5, 1.995. THE CITY COUNCIL WILL CONSIDER THE

MEMORANDUM

RE: Final Plat (ETJ Replat) of the Benjamin Graham Subdivision,
being all of Blocks D and E, and parts of Lots 7 and 9. (95-228)
The above referenced replat was reviewed at a Presubmission Conference on
Wednesday, September 20, 1995. The purpose of the replat is to bring into compliance
an illegal subdivision by Mr. Darrell L. Ambler. The plat subdivides the lot currently
owned by Ms. Myrtle E. Mosely Williams and the remainder of Mr. Ambler's
property. This plat also abandons the existing Johnson Street right-of--way and
dedicates an additional five (5) feet of right-of--way for Live Oak Street. The Brazos
County Subdivision Regulations require a twenty (20) foot utility easement around the
perimeter of the subdivision, a sixteen (16) foot utility easement along the right-of--way
of Live Oak Street and a ten (10) foot utility easement along each lot line. These utility
easements are indicated on this plat. The comments identified at the Presubmission
Conference have been met, therefore staff would recommend approval of the final
plat.
