Discretionary Items:
None.
Ordinance Requirements:
Is lot 1, block 1 a buildable lot? (Veronica & Sabine to determine this.)

acreage "to be dedicated". This dedication should take place with this final plat. On
Anderson Street, show where the existing right-of--way is located including the paved

from the existing right-of--way line? (Dimension the Anderson Street cross-hatched area.)
_ There are parking spaces in here within 20' of the existing property line. (Staff requested
that Kling flag the Anderson Street right-of--way in front of the Justice of the Peace

acceptable.)
