ITEM -Consideration of a Replat of the Polar-Bek Subdivision
ITEM SUNIMARY AND STAFF RECOMMENDATION -The purpose of this
replat is to dedicate all necessary easements throughout the Enclave Apartment
complex. Staff held a Presubmission Conference on May 3, 1995 to discuss this item.
At that time, staff requested a few revisions to the plat. Staff would recommend
approval with the Presubmission Conference comments.

information in the staff report and any staff presentations, whether these Ends
Statements will be met with this request.

Easement Dedications - As shown on the plat. Drainage easement which covers
the detention pond will be privately owned and maintained.
