Hammons for John Godfrey, Enclave Associates ITEM -Consideration of a Replat of the Polar-Bek Subdivision ITEM SUNIMARY AND STAFF RECOMMENDATION -The purpose of this replat is to dedicate all necessary easements throughout the Enclave Apartment complex. Staff held a Presubmission Conference on May 3, 1995 to discuss this item. At that time, staff requested a few revisions to the plat. Staff would recommend approval with the Presubmission Conference comments. COUNCIL POLICY ENDS STATEMENTS -The following Ends Statements may or may not be met with the approval of this request. Council. will decide, based on the information in the staff report and any staff presentations, whether these Ends Statements will be met with this request. Health & Public Safety -Citizens benefit from a reasonably safe and secure environment. Civic Pride -Citizens benefit from well planned, attractive residential and commercial areas. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN -The following are Goals and Objectives from the City's adopted Comprehensive Plan. Applicable ones are in bold. Complies with Future Land Use Plan Map?: -Yes Development Goals and Objectives: LAND USE: N/A TRANSPORTATION: N/A ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT: N/A PARKS AND RECREATION: N/A HOUSING: N/A COMMUNITY APPEARANCE: N/A SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE COMPLIANCE Subdivision complies with our regulations. Proposed Public Improvements -None Easement Dedications - As shown on the plat. Drainage easement which covers the detention pond will be privately owned and maintained. ZONING ORDINANCE COMPLIANCE No conflict.
