ITEM -Consideration of a Replat of Block A, Lots 2 & 3, Post Oak Forest Subdivision
ITEM SUMMARY AND STAFF RECOMMENDATION -This plat is located on Forest
Drive, a private road off University Drive, located just west of the University
Drive/Summerglen intersection. The applicant is replatting Lots 2 & 3 to align with an
existing and proposed townhome. These lots cover just the structure and the remainder of the
property surrounding these lots is a common area maintained by the homeowners association.
Staff held a Presubmission Conference on April 26, 1995 for this item. Staff would
recommend approval with the Presubmission Conference comments.
