ITEM: Consideration of a final E.T.J. plat of 7.405 acres into 8 single family lots,
Snug Harbor Phase II in the Nantucket Subdivision.
ITEM SUNIlVIARY AND STAFF RECOMMENDATION
The subject property is located west of State Route 6 and north of Nantucket Drive in
the City's ETJ. A Presubmission conference was held on 3-1-95 and Staff
recommends approval with the condition that the utility easements be also
dedicated for drainage purposes. The plat consists of 7.405 acres and will be divided
into 8 lots. The County Commissioner's Court will consider the plat on Monday,
March 13, 1995.
