ARE PAID AND ALL REQUIREMENTS OF ORDINANCE #690 HAVE BEEN MET. ***
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
1. Filing Fee of $200.00
2. Application completed in full.
3. Film positive plus sixteen (16) folded copies of plat.
4. Paid tax certificates from City of College Station, Brazos County and the College Station
Independent School District.
5. A statement addressing any differences between the final plat and approved Master
Preliminary Plat and Plan if applicable.

ZONING COMMISSION METING UNTIL ALL OF THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS HA VE
BEEN MET.

meeting if identical to approved preliminary plat. Regular meetings are held first and third Thursday of
