ITEM: CONSIDERATION OF A REPLA T OF PONDEROSA PLACE II SUBDIVISION,
TRACT A-I.
ITEM SUMMARY AND STAFF RECOMMENDATION
The subject property includes 4.58 acres located on the east side of Longmire approximately
halfway between Pinon and Rock Prairie Road and providing 2 commercial lots. This area
was recently platted (December 1994) into 5 commercial lots located on a cul-de-sac street.
The applicant is now replatting this area to provide for only 2 commercial lots which will
share a common driveway between them. Staff recommends approval with the Presubmission
Conference comments. The replat as shown meets all ordinance requirements.
