Henton Subdivision
I spoke to Kent and Jeff Koska about David Scannardo's request to remove the waterline in the alley and instead provide service lines between the front lots
across the alley to the back lots. As we discussed yesterday during the predeve10pment meeting, there are concerns about crossing a public alley/row with a
private easement. Kent and I both feel that the waterline in the alley is the more appropriate design and will require that this design be constructed. I called
David this morning and told him of this decision so that he could continue working on this plat

Upon review of the above referenced construction plans, it was determined that sufficient
infonnation was not submitted. For this reason, these plans will not accepted as a first review. I
did however red line the plans with the infonnation I received. Again, when these plans are
resubmitted, it will constitute the first review.
