NOTICE OF PUBLIC BEARING
The City of College Station has received an application requesting a rezoning of the following
property:
Applicant: Horace Schaffer
Subject Property: 50 acres located on the northeast corner of the
Graham and Schaffer Roads intersection in the
Robert Stevenson League.
Pr~osed Zoning: From A-O Agriculture Open to R-2 Duplex (32.72 acres)
and R-lA Single Family Residential (17.28 acres).
The City Council will consider removing this item from the table and considering the rezoning
request at their next meeting on Thursday, April 11, 1996 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council
Room located at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas.
All property owners within 200 feet of the subject property have received notification of this
request.

This is to notify you that the City of College Station has received an application requesting a
rezoning of the following property:

Subject Property. 50 acres located on the northeast corner of the
Graham and Schaffer Roads intersection in the
Robert Stevenson League.
Proposed Zoning: From A-0 Agriculture Open to R-2 Duplex (32.72 acres)
and R-lA Single Family Residential (17.28 acres).
The Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on Thursday, January 4, 1996 in
which this item was tabled to allow the developer time to work with the surrounding property
owners.. The Commission will consider removing this request from the table on Thursday,
February 15, 1996. The City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the rezoning request
on Thursday,. February 22, 1996. Both meetings will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall
Council Room located at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas.
All property owners within 200 feet of the subject property have received notification of this
request.
