HomeMy WebLinkAboutField NotesFIELD NOTES 2.315 ACRES Being all that certain tract or parcel of land, lying and being situated in the THOMAS CARUTHERS LEAGUE, Abstract No. 9 in College Station, Brazos County, Texas and being a portion of the called 15.2 acres of land conveyed by F. A. Kiker to Smith Dairy Queens by deed .recorded in Volume 330,. Page 889 and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING: at the most westerly corner of the said 15.2 acre tract, said corner also marking the intersection of the northeast right-of-way line of Rock Prairie Road and the southeast line of a 60-foot wide private accessway commonly called Harris Road; THENCE: N 39' 38' 00°1 E along the said Harris Road for a distanc~~jje~~ of 236.. 71 feet for corner; THENCE: ,3'"73` 37' 22" through the interior of the said 15.2 acre tract and along the .City of College Station City Limits line for a distance of 454.31 feet for corner, said corner. also being in the northwest line of the 4.24 Acre Robert R. Poling tract described in Volume. 1326, Page 264 of the Official Records of Brazos County, Texas; THENCE: 5 39' 38' 00" W along the said Polling tract for a distance of 246.48 feet for corner, said corner being in the beforementioned northeast line of Rock Prairie Road; THENCE; N 72~ 29' 00" W for a distance of 450.55 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 2.315 acres of land, more or less.
