NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING This is to notify you that the City of College Station has received an application requesting a rezoning for the following property: Applicant: Omar Smith Enterprises, Inc. Sub'ec~ t Property: 2.315 acres located on the northwest corner of the Rock Prairie Road and Bradley Road intersection within the College Station city limits. {See enclosed map.) Proposed Zoning: From A-O Agricultural Open to R-1 Single Family Residential. The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the rezoning request on Thursday, April 20, 1995. The City Council will also hold a public hearing to consider the rezoning request on Thursday, May 11, 1995. Both public hearings will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Room located at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas. All property owners within 200 feet of the subject property have received notification of this request.
