3. Rezoning fee of $250.00
4. Preliminary Plat Application
5. Sixteen (16) folded blueline prints of preliminary plat
6. Preliminary Plat Firming Fee of $200.00
7. Impact Studies
It is my understanding that this Rezoning Request and
Preliminary Plat will b placed on the agenda of the Thursday,
April 20, 1995 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.

Item: Public hearing and consideration of a rezoning of 2.315 acres located
near the northwest corner of Rock Prairie Road and Bradley Road from A-0
Agricultural Open to R-1 Single Family.
Item Summary: The subject property is in the process of being subdivided into
a single lot in the Carter Lake Acres subdivision, the majority of which is
located in the ETJ. The proposed northerly property line is the same as the
City limits line. In order to be allowed to build a single family home on the new
lot within the current zoning restrictions, the lot would need to be a minimum of
five acres. The request is in compliance with the Land Use Plan and with land
use patterns in the area.
Financial Summary: N/A
Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends approval. The Planning and
Zoning Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval.
City Attorney Recommendation: No concerns expressed.
Council Action Desired: Approval or denial of request.
