NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
The College Station City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the rezoning request for
approximately 3.43 acres, lot 1, block 2 of the Woodstock Phase One Subdivision located along
the south side of Harvey Road at the Dartmouth intersection from C-1 General Commercial with
the condition of cross access between the Post Oak Village and Post Oak Square shopping
centers to C-1 General Commercial without the cross access requirement.
The hearing will be held in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall, 1101 Texas
Avenue at the 7:00 p.m. meeting of the Council on Thursday, August 24, 1995.
Any request for sign interpretive services for the hearing impaired must be made 48 hours before

This is to notify you that the City of College Station has received an application requesting a

The Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on Thursday February 16, 1995 and
recommended approval of the rezoning request. The City Council will. hold a public hearing to
consider the request on Thursday, March 9, 1995 at 7:00 p.m. However, the meeting location
has changed to the Lincoln Center at 1000 Eleanor in College Station, Texas instead of the City
Hall Council Room.
All property owners within 200 feet of the subject property have received notification of this
request.

reconsideration of a condition placed on the zoning of the following property, Post Oak Village
Shopping Center:

provided between the Post Oak Village Shopping Center and the
adjacent Post Oak Square Shopping Center.
The applicant is requesting to remove the condition pertaining to cross access for the above
mentioned property. The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on
Thursday August 3, 1995 and the City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the request
on Thursday, August 24, 1995. Both public hearings will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall
Council Room located at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas.
