I got got a call today from a Jim
Griffin. He owns apartments on 2818
b/w Southwood Dr. and Hilltop. They
are medium density, zoned R-5. Tony
Jones is requesting a zoning change for
an area north of his from commercial to
R-4 or R-5, in order to build
apartments. Mr. Griffin is concerned
with how this will affect him and
whether he will be faced with a parking
problem. His number is 845-9950.
I told him that I would refer the
question to you. Thanks.
