The plan is approved subject to the following conditions: 1 The building on Lot 66 does not comply with the 15' separation requirement as defined by Table A (see attached). Lot line construction is allowed only when all buildings maintain a minimum separation of 15' . 2. Show the typical dimensions from one building to each adjacent building and the dimensions from either side of the buildings to the side property lines . 3. Show dimensions from the building to the electrical easement and to the property line on Lot 54. 4. Show the proposed parking spaces (the Zoning Ordinance requires a minimum of 2 spaces per single family dwelling unit). Please make these changes and resubmit for final approval either before or in conjunction with the first building permit. On lots with approved rear access all setbacks shall be measured from the nearest boundary of the access easement or aEey.
