Re: Variance for circle driveway
1916-1918 Holleman
Dear Ed:
Thank you for the time. you. spent with me explaining. the options we have
concerning the above. stated request.
May this letter serve as our request to ask-the Planning and Zoning
Committee to review this application and consider its merits listed
as follows:
1. Improve the flow of traffic on Holleman due to easier
access from a circular drive..
2. Ease congestion by removing parking on street.
3. Because of the entry to apartments directly across the
street, a:circular drive would be a safer solution
than street parking.
4. Apartment mailboxes are. located on the North curb - a
circular drive would help alleviate potential access
problems to them.
5. Due to a power line easment, the duplex c~as-set to the
'back of the lot causing minimal room to the-rear of the
building. A circular drivewould-improve the esthetic
qualities of the property and a substantial investment.
Enclosed you will find the projected driveway plan as well as
.high lighted areas that were addressed in the aforementioned merits.
Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance or if
you should have any questions..
Sincerely,
fir' P~ y C T P ~ ,a i ~` '~~i'~,~~'
