S:at fpm-2. am Sun 4pm-lam P'`eak business hours gill primarily be in the morning and earl afternoon.. Most customers during this time will derive from: nearby classes.,. residence halls, apartments and housing, and faculty offices.. .A~s ~: result, little parking will be necessary as traffic will mainly be on foot.. Evening business hours on weekends will be fairly busy; however,.: we feel this clientele will largely stem from existing bars:..in the neighborhood, V~Te believe we will get aspill-over of customers frarn these bars, rather than drawing a large new crowd. Since we gill net be selling alcohol, ~e feel that a iota-night coffeehouse will be beneficial to the city ox weekends by providing a place far bar-gears in Narthgate to "sober-up". Furthermore, we will not.. be open Sunday morning, and thus, we will not affect parking for :'.area churches. Overall, we feel that the coffeehouse will net impact Ghe area's Barking situation in a negative way. We dc~ fuel that the coffeehouse's emergence wi11 complement the already. extensive pedestrian traffic area . Sincerely:, Dead Lao's rnc.
