Most customers during this time will derive from: nearby classes.,. residence halls, apartments and housing, and faculty offices.. .A~s ~: result, little parking will be necessary as traffic will mainly be on foot.. Evening business hours on weekends will be fairly busy; however,.: we feel this clientele will largely stem from existing bars:..in the neighborhood, V~Te believe we will get aspill-over of customers frarn these bars, rather than drawing a large new crowd.
