Protutors Inc. is a tutoring. service geared toward the college student and will
employ as many as 8 to l0 people. Individuals will be able to seek our services
during normal business hours (i.e. 8:00. a.m. - S:OO p.m.), but the actual group
tutoring will occur after normal .business hours (i.e. 6:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.) We
are expecting groups as small as 5 students and as large as 90 students for selected
classes. All neighboring businesses (i.e E.O.S., Barber Shop, and Stacey's
Furniture) close by 6:00 p.m.; therefore, we do not`anticpate any traffic or parking
problems.. For the convenience of our customers, we will provide transportation
from campus for larger freshman level classes. We are confident that this business
fits as well as any business would in this particular center and that all existing
tenants will benefit from the exposure.
