.revised site plan will be required.

Pebble Creek Elementary School site plans meet all minimum standards as .
outlined in the zoning ordinance No. 1638 revised August 1992.
(2) Indicate how this proposed use and site plan comply with the purposed and intent of the City's
Comprehensive Plan.
The proposed Pebble Creek Elementary School will provide the need for schools
in the Pebble Creek Area within the College Station Comprehensive .Plan.
(3) Indicate how this use and site plan will notebe detrimental`to the health; welfare, and safety of the
surrounding neighborhood:
The development of the Pebble Creek Elementary School will help establish
the new neighborhoods that are planned in the Pebble Creek Development Area.
