NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
The College Station Planning and Zoning. Commission will consider a conditional
use permit request to allow the construction of CSISD Elementary School #5 in
the Pebble Creek Subdivision Phase Four, generally located on the southeast
corner of Marsh Boulevard (future Lakeway Drive) and Parkview Drive.
This request will be considered by the Planning and Zoning Commission on
Thursday, July 7, 1994 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council Room located at
1101 Texas Avenue.
Any request for sign interpretive services for the hearing impaired must be made
48 hours before the meeting. To make arrangements call (409) 764-3547 or

This is to notify you that the City of College Station has received an application
requesting a .conditional use permit for the CSISD Elementary School #5 at
Pebble Creek:
Applicant: .College Station Independent School District
Subject Pro~ert~ .Southeast .corner of Marsh Boulevard (Future
Lakeway Drive) and Parkview Drive in Pebble Creek
Phase Four Subdivision.
Proposed Use: Public Elementary School
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the
use and site plan for the above mentioned project on Thursday, July 7, 1994 at
7:00 P.M. in the City .Hall Council Room located at 1101 Texas. Avenue South,
College Station,. Texas.
All property owners within 200 feet of the subject property have received
notification of this request.
