Subject: Covenant Family Church This church was formerly known as "Post Oak Christian Church" and it's located on Harvey. Road. We issued a CUP on this in 1987, with an additional very small building in 1991. Later they built a larger sanctuary outside the City Limits (which we were non involved with because it was on a platted lot). Anyway, now the pastor wants to add some parking. and a driveway on to Harvey Road (they have always taken access from Marcy Lane) as a first phase, with a second phase to follow later of the addition of more parking. Would. you please review this .conceptual site plan 1 will be getting to you today, and return the .redlined copies to me so 1 can get them to the pastor. Planners, will fie. need to go back to P&Z for an additional CUP for this improvement? Engrs -what does he need to submit for drainage?` Does it have to be prepared by an Engineer? will get the site plan to you later today. , I will also attach a copy of this memo for a reminder.
