NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
The College Station Planning and Zoning Commission will consider a conditional
use permit request to allow a sorority house to be located on lot 4 of the Timber
Ridge Addition.
This request will be considered by .the Planning and Zoning Commission on
Thursday, May 5, 1994 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council Room located at
1101 Texas Avenue.
Any request for sign interpretive services for the hearing impaired must be made
48 hours before the meeting. To make' arrangements call (409) 764-3547 or

RE: Conditional Use Permit request at Rhett Butler & University Oaks
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is to notify you that the City of College Station has received an .application
requesting a conditional use permit for the property located on the southwest
corner of the Rhett Butler and University Oaks intersection:
Applicant: Dennis Garth
Subject Property: Lot 4 of the Timber Ridge Addition
Proposed Use: Site plan for proposed sorority house
The Planning and Zoning Commission approved the use only for the subject
property on Thursday, April 21, 1994. The applicant has now submitted a site
plan for the proposed sorority house that will be considered by the Commission
on Thursday, May 19, 1994 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council Room located
at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas.
All property owners within 200 feet of the. subject .property have received
notification of this request.
