Parking Lot Plan; H &M wholesale, Inc. - Thissite is operationaly correct. However, I think that the container can still be seen from the frontage road and Texas Ave. I am attaching a copy of this site with an optional location that will still be serviceable. 2. Parking Lot Plan; Driving Range - This site plan is OK as designed and will have Small Commercial service which is an automated container on wheels that will be located at the curb by the owner each collection day. These are my comments for these site plans. Please contact me if you have any questions. sabine2/js ~d02/14/95 10:39- ^L~409 764 3452 COLL STA PUB UTL ~. I've attached the drawings as well as the permit. application. The City has made redline comments which the applicant has not addressed because of coordination that may be needed between the three of us. We would appreciate it if you { would review this at your earliest convenience and if necessary contact me or the; applicant for additional information. Because this area is one that we may maintain through our maintenance agreement, we would like to enforce our 18" minimum pipe size... It is :difficult for us to clean. anything smaller. If you'll note, I have not signed the permit and will withhold .signature while we work together to get Mr. Hammons.a complete set of comments/concerns.
