Drainage Development Report
Dear Debbie,
I have finally..completed. my review of this report, and have three comments.
First of all, only. one .copy. of this addendum report was submitted. If you intend to combine the
reports please do o, otherwise I still need to complete the. review of the other report including the
effects and mitigation for drainage area A3 as well as the site drainage plans and details.
Though a minor question, on the first page of your addendum letter, the second table of flows states
"A2 (developed) Routed through pond". I think, based on your earlier explanation, that this is really.
the flows from Area A1. Please clarify this for us.
Lastly, in :your explanation of the. slightly increased flows into Longmire Drive, you discuss the street
capacity of Longmire at the end of the property. According to the pathway concept of the ordinance,
to increase the flows significantly, you would be asked to verify -the capacity of the. pathway (in this
case. Longmire) all the way to the primary system. (Bee Creek Trib. A). In either case, because the
increases for this project are so minimal, no downstream analysis will be required.
Please get the information above taken care of so we can make the final approval, and as always, call.
me with any questions you may have.
Sincerely,.
~~
