Parking Lot Plan -Texas Aggie Credit Union;. proposed banking facility to be located at 501 University Drive, lot 1, block S of the Tauber Addition in the Northgate zoning district. (94- 411) A Project Review Committee Meeting was held Wednesday, June 8, 1994 to discuss the above mentioned parking lot plan. Assistant City Engineer Morgan moved to approve the site plan as submitted with the following conditions: CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: Coordinate the dumpster capacity with Sanitation Superintendent Jim Smith at (409) 764-3690. Show proposed screening details for the dumpster location. Parking spaces are allowed along the rear of the building as shown, as long as they do not extend beyond the building line. Bike racks should be installed as long as there is adequate maneuvering room for handicap facilities in the same general area. Verify that the sanitary sewer locations shown are correct. a PRC Report Texas Aggie Credit Union Case #94-411 Page 2 of 2 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL (CONT.L _ Show all .existing easements for water and sanitary sewer lines. Additional easements may be required to cover the. existing lines. Note the ownership of the existing asphalt pavement. Submit a landscape plan to comply with the Northgate criteria to be approved .prior to issuance of a building permit. P&Z Representative Lane seconded 'the motion which passed unopposed (3 - 0). The following comments were made by the various reviewing agents: STAFF COMMENTS: _ Submit paving, curbing, ramp and sidewalk details with the construction documents. _ There is no problem with the proposed sidewalk extension to the curb line to be even with the sidewalk in front of the bike shop. The construction documents will be sent to the Texas Department of Transportation for final approval.. Coordinate the relocation of the existing "no parking" signs prior to the construction with Assistant City Engineer Veronica Morgan at (409) 764-3570. _ Coordinate telephone service details with G.T.E. Representative Laverne Akin at (409) 821-4723. SUBMIT 4 COMPLETE SETS OF CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS WITH THE REVISED SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLAN ATTACHED AND 4 ADDITIONAL COPIES OF THE REVISED SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLAN ONLY TO CONTINUE WITH PHASE II OF THE BUILDING PERMIT PROCESS.
