Joey. Williams Construction Co., Inca September 21, 1994 City of College Station 1101 Texas Ave. College Station, Texas Re: Renovation to 501 University DR. College Station, TX. To whom it may concern, My organization will be renovating 501 University Drive to become, The Texas Aggie Credit Union, which is to be complete by December 26, 1994. Parking is a major concern since .the. Contractors will need parking places. within reasonable distance of the building, so tools and equipment can be accessed. Therefore, I am requesting that five parking spaces on Tauber St. be designated. for construction use from 8 to 5 Monday. thru Friday. We can provide traffic cones and signs during the course. of construction or by placing an idenification on the dash. so th+eTraffic Officer will know`.. these men are working in the building. '" I am also requesting that the loading zone on the west side of the building be used as a dumpster area during the course of demolition. We will provide traffic cones as needed to identify this area. After demolition is complete this area will be used for scaffolding to upgrade the exterior of the building. If you have any questions please feel free to call. Si ly, `~ . o~ ~' ~%~f- --~ o A. Powdar coating cannot be maintenanced; an enamel finish will chip. A A A RIBBON~~ Rack Co. has the best solution where color is essential. Please contact us to find out how to achieve an appropriate color with a minimum of main)©nance. MATERIALS-Steel tubing or aluminum are not suitable materials for a bicycle rack. Pre-galvanized material will flake and crack during manufac- ture. A A A RIBBON' Rack Co. uses heavy-duty steel pipe, hot-dipped gal- vanized after fabrication to provido security and durability. MANUFACTURE-Hydraulic bending with a mandril, as used by A A A RIBBONS Rack Co., insures smooth and aesthetic curves on The RIBBON Rack. Press bending leaves an indentation; other methods flatten outer curves and crimp inner curves.
