Specifically, we discussed that Ray.:. Mart has ..been operating in violation of Ordinance ' No. 1638 since September '1, 1:993, because they have not ..obtained a final certificate of occupancy to operate their business from the City. You informed me #hat Mr. Riggs has agreed to'install the list of landscaping that faxed ' to you by close of business September 23, 1993, because they,. are dead. Further, we agreed that, Mr. Riggs would call the City Planning Department to request and schedule an inspection and the issuance of a final certificate of occupancy for Ray Mart on the 23rd of September. As 1 informed you, should Ray Mart fail #o comply with its commitment, the City - will commence the filing of charges for violation of Ordinance iVo. 1638. He informed me hat he had spoken with Kenny Riggs concerning replacement of -dead shrubs and bushes and that Mr. Riggs agreed to have all of the andscape items that were on the list;completed before the close of business, September 23, 1993.
