the J. E. SCOTT LEAGUE in College Station, Brazos County, Texas and being a
part of the 15.649 acre tract conveyed to Callaway & Schlueter, Inc. by L.
F. Peterson by deed recorded / in Volume 312, Page 212 and being a part of
the same 15.649 acres described as a Final Plat of Treehouse recorded in
Volume 310, Page 685 and being all of the same land described as Tract 2
from Callaway & Schlueter, Inc. to Kelly Mortgage & Investment Company and
recorded in Volume 361, Page 160 of the Deed Records of Brazos County,
Texas and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING: at the concrete monument found marking the west corner of the
abovementioned 15.649 acre tract, said monument also being in the southeast
right-of-way line of Farm-to-Market Road No. 2347 (Jersey Street);
