the northeast line of Lot 3 will not be affected by proposed development and usage (9

a) Low Pressure lines transport crude at 2 to 4 feet depth of cover and at approximately
750 psi - currently 2-8" crude lines are a<;:tive, ."

feet of cover and is carrying oil by-products (gasoline) at 1440 pSI.
