All work shall be laid out by Landscape Contractor for Owner/Lands~ape Architects approval prior to start. 2. All material shall be subject to Owner/Landscape Architects approval. 3. Written approval is required by Owner/Landscape Architect for any changes. 4. Landscape Contractor to provide daily cleanup and maintenance through completion. 5. The Landscape Contractor shall take all necessary precautions to protect any existing building or structures on site, and shall be held responsible for any damage caused by his operations. 6. Guarantee: - All material after final accpetance of not in healthy condition. material during period of and labor for twelve (12) months project for material either dead or Contractor shall water all project. 7. It shall be the Landscape Contractor's respo~sibility to prevent plants from falling or being blown o.er and to straighten or replant all plants which are damaged due to a lack of guying or staking. Landscape Contractor shall not be responsible at any time to replace or honor any warranry-for the loss of any trees, plants, ground cover~, or sod caused by fires, floods, freezing temperatures, lightning, winds above 50 miles per hour, or any other natural disaster. Nor s~all the Landscape Contractor be held responsible for acts of vandalism or negligence on the part of the owner. 9. Unless otherwise specified on these plans, the Landscape Contractor shall be responsible only for fine grading of the plant ing and sodded areas. Fine grading shalr consist 'of the final .10 foot of grade to be achieved. 10. ELECTRIC CONTROL VALVES shall be #11024F installed per detail shown. Size valves as shown on plans. Valves shall be installed in valve boxes large enough to per- mit manual operation, removal of solenoid and/or valve cover without any earth excavation. 5. QUICK COUPLING VALVES shall be HV075R installed per detail shown. Swing joints shall be constructed using 3/4" schedule 80 elbows. Contractor shall supply owner with three (3) HC075 couplers and three (3) 110 swivel hose ells as part of this contract. 6. AUTOMATIC CONTROLLER shall be installed per detail shown. Power (120V) shall be located in a junction box within five feet (5') of controller location by other trades. 7. All 24 volt valve wiring is to be UF 14 s1ngle conductor. All wire splices are to be permanent and waterproof. 8. SLEEVES shall be installed by general contactor. Sleeve material shall be Class 200 PVC, sized as shown on plans. 9. Ten days prior to start of construction, Contractor shall verify static water pressure. If static pressure is less than 50 PSI, do not start work until notified to do so by owner. 10. All main line and lateral piping shall have a minimum of 12 inches of cover. All piping under paving shall have a minimum of 18 inches of cover. 11. The irrigation contractor shall coordinate installation of the system with the landscape contractor so that all plant material will be watered in accordance with the intent of the plans and specifications.
