approved the referenced preliminary plat.

I called that lady in Houston `back
{Cedar Creek condos) and all she wanted
to know is whether or not the City has
a drilling ordinance!
Ray Crow. just .called, and would like to
talk to you about exactly what .areas we
plan to annex. I didn't tell him
anything except that you were meeting
with a committee to try to determine
what areas are next. L'm really a
little gunshy about talking about any.
of this. to anyone - even the Appraisal
District at this point! I"told him
that I had been working with the
appraisal district to identify
ownership in a couple of areas, but
beyond that, 3:hadn't done .anything,
and he should visit with you. His
