Roy from 911 called me with some
concerns on this plat.
-On periphery of plat Merion is
misspelled..
-Also on periphery.Enterprize should be
a Drive not a street..
-Marsh Blvd. is shown included in plat..
We really. should change the name
because there is a Marsh St. in Bryan.
Now'I realize that Marsh Blvd. has been
around quite a while, but since it is
not platted and: no addresses bn is yet.
(at least I don't .think. so) maybe we
should take the opportunity to change
to another name. Also a Blvd. by state.
designation should have a 90' ROW. Our
Marsh Blvd does not. Anyway. let me
know please so I can let Roy know.

Re: Revised Master Plan.- Pebble Creek
Dear Jane;
I am attaching a copy of the revised Master Development Plan of Pebble Creek along with
a copy of the Master Preliminary Plat of Pebble Creek Phase 5.;.
The Commercial Street which was shown adjoining the northwest boundary of the College
Station Business Park on the original Master Development. Plan has been moved to the
north boundary of the school tract. -This was requested by the planners of the Business
Park.
The area between the northwest boundary of the school tract and Texas Centroid Ranch
section one was originally shown to be developed as .multi-family and office. This will
now be developed as single-family residential..
These changes should not .significantly affect the impact studies submitted with the original
Master Development Plan.
