An underground electric service layout has been proposed to supply electric service to this development, in accordance with the ordinance requirements of your City, as agreed with the Developer. Street light pole installations to provide the maximum 300' spacing dictated by your current City policy and lighting at all street intersections and cul-de-sacs have been specified. Additional easements .required to provide services to supply the designated street light installa- tions are also shown on the street lighting plan shown on the enclosed. electric layout drawing. I visited with our County Engineer, Richard Vance, concerning this matter and he agreed with me that since the entire length of this road is located in Pebble Creek and does not intersect any county roads, it would only be a confusing situation.
