Request: Consideration of the Wilbed Subdivision, a replat of Lot 3R-l, Block 2 of
Brentwood Section Four, a .80 acre commercial. subdivision located along the
north side of Southwest Parkway in the Commerce National. bank site. Property is
being divided into 21ots.
Applicant: Commerce National Bank,. owner. Roy Hammons, Engineer

Subject Tract: C-1 General Commercial vacant. Surrounding property is zoned C-1 and
is developed on .all but vacant east side.
Proposed Use: Unknown at this time.

being recommended for these lots.
