If any existing or proposed public utility easements are deleted or relocated, submit
revisions of the. final plat by noon on .Friday, November 4, 1994 to be reviewed by staff

Ordinance Requirements:
_Clarify the title block to determine which-lots are included with the proposed resubdivision
plat. (Should be`lots 2 and 3 of One Lincoln. Place.)
Correct the City Engineer's: signature block to include Kent Laza.
Note. that there is no 100. year floodplain included in the final replat.
_ Submit paid tax certificates.
_ The monetary guarantees deposited for the original final plat of the subject property may
be released 'once the proposed final plat is filed for record with the Brazos County Clerk's
office.

SUBJECT: Final Plat - Scar°ma~°do ':Subdivision; proposed resubdivision of the Henton
Subdivision and. One Lincoln .Place located along the south side of University
Drive into one commercial'lot totaling 16.2 acres.. (94-245)
A Project Review Committee Meeting was held Wednesday, October 19, 1994 to discuss the
above mentioned final plat.. The following ordinance requirements and comments were made by
the various staff members:
