Note. that there is no 100. year floodplain included in the final replat. _ Submit paid tax certificates. _ The monetary guarantees deposited for the original final plat of the subject property may be released 'once the proposed final plat is filed for record with the Brazos County Clerk's office. One Lincoln .Place located along the south side of University Drive into one commercial'lot totaling 16.2 acres.. (94-245) A Project Review Committee Meeting was held Wednesday, October 19, 1994 to discuss the above mentioned final plat..
